Love me some Cumberland Farms! Great selection of grab and go grub, hot coffee and clean bathrooms. This location has inside and outside seating and a nice greenbelt for the pups. I had 3 bars of Verizon 4G LTE Roaming.
For the third time I went to Cumberland Farms to get nachos. And for the third time no cheese or chili in the dispenser. I was walking out of the store and I yelled across the store 60 ft away from the attendant and I said this is the third time I can't get nachos and she said to me actually all she said to me was I'm calling the police!! I was like go ahead and call the police??. So I will no longer be going to the Bennington Cumberland Farms.. Not just because of the nachos but because of the attendance that are there.. Every time I go in there there's a different person working there it shows what kind of a corporation come on farms is. They don't care about their employees and their employees don't care about their customers... It's open 24 hours a day but I'll just wait until another store opens in the morning.. I don't need to bother to go in and pay outrageous prices and get an attitude while I'm doing it..
I am giving Cumberland Farms 2 stars because they have only one employee by the name, I believe it is spelled Alexei that cleans the entire store, makes food, keeps coffee brewed, keeps everything stocked, if there are huge lines he gets on register and helps cash everyone out, has excellent customer service and is very respectful. He is the only employee that goes above and beyond for customer service and keeping everything in order. The other employees are extremely rude and disrespectful, lazy and stand around talking. Not sure why mangers and corporate is allowing this.
I asked for a pretzel. The associate refused because she was by herself and there was a line. I offered to wait, since I was pumping gas anyways. She still refused. Ridiculous, they have nothing prepared and she refused business, despite me offering to wait until the line was done for it because “Ryan” is on break.nnThis was second time I was in today and third time for the weekend. The associate different one each time is always alone. Management should do better!
Came here new years weekend, then again a few weeks later. The staff remembered me and my friends from when we ordered way too many delicious chicken tenders after a long ski weekend.nAmazing staff, and great food! Definitely ask them what is good before you order, they won't hesitate to make their recommendations.nnAfter Mt. Snow, going back home, I will stop no where else for food and gas.
