So much stuff in such a small place! Very well organized, helpful staff, so easy to shop there. Parking close to the door. Clean and well maintained. Great shop.

My go-to place for cake decorating supplies. The staff is very helpful and friendly. It always smells soooo good in here. If I worked here, I would be as big as a house.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE. Had been working with Ann, was told that she is the owner, on a cake for the past three weeks. I sent a picture of the cake and she stated "no problem" She even asked if I had the stand to put the cake on and I told her "no". The cake was on a stand with cup cakes below. Paid my deposit today and then I was told the cake was to heavy for the stand. Oh and the stand had a $150.00 deposit and $25.00 rental fee which was never mentioned. When I asked her directly she began to yell at me and tell me I could find someone else to do the cake if I wasn't happy. I asked if she treated all of her customers like this. She was nasty and rude. I told her I wanted my deposit back due to the fact she could not complete the cake as discussed and agreed upon. People please do not go here! My thoughts is the cake was too difficult for her and she coped out. What a disappointment!
