I’m eating the Good ‘Witch of the North pan bread for toast and sandwiches and it is amazing. It’s soft, a little tangy, moist, and has this perfect texture that makes it irresistible.

The ABSOLUTELY BEST flour ANYWHERE. Their baked goods and breads are excellent. Buy local!

Great variety of quality milled grain

Excellent flour and bread! The best of the best!! The breads are made w fresh ground flour from local grains. What a concept! If you see Bakersfield bread in the store, buy it and  enjoy with a good European butter. You will be in bread heaven!!

Without a doubt the best bakery in the state. It’s a gem, check out their amazing breads at most of the local coops!!
