Recently had 2 separate water leaks we've had to call Baker Brothers Plumbing.   Andrew "Drew" Floyd was the technician who completed the last job.   He is professional and kept me informed as to what he was doing throughout his day.   Although there was a minor mistake in cutting the fiber optic line,  all worked out well.   He contacted Frontier and opened up a ticket for them to replace the line.   They also will pay for the repair, which is what is expected.   We'll continue to use them for service.

These guys are great.. our AC went out as well as our furnace not working properly..they came out and helped us out and had to replace our whole system..they got the jobs done quick and cleaned up with no hassle.. definitely the expense was not something we anticipated..but I will say they have absolutely lived up to their claims and our energy bills have been cut in half to 60% and the house is comfortable...
