Do not call Ermen. I Was charged $522 to unplug a drain! Called earlier in morning to ask for hourly rate, was told $86/hour, $70 more if auger was used. 1 person normally can do that job, Ermen sends 2. They stayed for 1h33 minutes and I was charged for 2 hours $276. I called owner. Told him I felt I was over charged on labor and that I wasn’t told it would take 2 person, his answer.Did you ask how many people it would take? As for the 2 hours of labor well for Ermen 1h33 minutes is 2 hours.

Hard to contact, Unprofessional plumber, Poor quality job, Unreasonable, Paid full price for half the work. We called Ermen to have some drain pipes rerouted. First plumber installed a pipe incorrectly and the slope actually fed the wrong way - which would have froze and clogged in the winter. The plumber knew he messed up as he checked with a bevel, but decided it wasn't worth the trouble to fix his mistake. A second (uninformed) plumber came back only to band-aid fix the problem because he didn't have the proper fittings with him at the time. I was quoted to have two pipes relocated, but only one was due to space constraints. Ermen decided to charge me for the full quoted price anyways. When I disputed this, the owner himself argued with me stating they lost money on the job because it took longer than they expected and they had to redo the work. It's clear that at the end of the day all they care about is money instead of quality service and customer satisfaction. Stay away from this company if you're looking for professionals, because you won't find them here.

I have ask Ermen Plumbing to install a water line for my refregirator. I was very please with the professionalism, the ponctuality and above all the cleanliness. The cost was also reasonable.
