I needed a couple of items for my water softener installation.  So I asked for the parts at A-1 and they said they could get them from the distributor.  As I needed them quickly I went to the distributor (Emco) myself to pick them up.  When I got there I realized that the wrong parts had been ordered.  So while there I got exactly what I needed, but the supplier needed to call back to A-1.  After the supplier was done talking with A-1  the supplier told me that A-1 felt the charges were similar enough to just call it even.  Considering I could find the same items online for under 16 dollars total and they charged me $48, I am not happy.

Not only did they not listen to what I wanted the first time, they had the balls to cheat me out of more money because of it.  I will not go back ever,
