Bainbridge Island Country Inn

I would not stay here again. The website leads you to think you're staying a cute in; however, it's a typical motel. No fridge, microwave, or iron/ironing board in the rooms. The microwave they allow you to use does not work. They also will not allow you to charge items to your room and they won't accept credit cards for anything less than $20. The room smelled like smoke and the property in general is less than attractive.

Room was clean. Very basic and dated. Old school TV, no fridge. The big problem is the terrible pillows! This motel is priced well for the area, but not so much lower that we shouldn't expect comfortable pillows. And there were only two pillows per bed. Totally not enough. One was flat, two felt like they were stuffed with socks. One was decent. Totally ruined the sleep.

Nice location and pretty decent service. The wifi speed and breakfast quality could improve a little, but overall pretty satisfied.

Stayed here May 6th. Just checked my bank account and was charged an extra $27.25. Called and spoke to Jessica. She stated I did not return both keys which is false because I specifically remember turning them into her the next morning and I imagine someone would have said something if I didn't return both. She said she would look into the issue. When I told her I would like a call back today she said it wasn't likely because her shift ends soon but someone else might call me back. I said thank you and got a slammed phone in return. Decent hotel for the price but terrible customer service. Will update review if I see my refund!

It was very nice and quiet! This is a wonderful place to stay and then check out the town.
