NGIS BREMERTON

I don't go to many hotels. But for the price 82 dollars per night its pretty nice. A big two person bed and a clean bathroom with plenty of towels and rags, a fridge and freezer and recliner. The tv is tiny and the air conditioning wasn't working despite the 90 degree weather. The staff was super friendly but I did get woken up by housekeeping for seemingly no reason.

Super great and friendly staff and customer service. Trevor at the front desk is a great example of these leadership qualities along with the rest of the staff front lines and behind the scenes . My dad and I did not stay but just had a quick visit due to the history of the building.Service: 5/5

First time I've stayed in a military establishment that was not a barracks. Great room. Superb customer service! Von made us feel as though we were part of her family. Nearby activities: The exchange was just down the hill. A restaurant shared the parking lot. Walkability: Sidewalks everywhere. Because this base is built on a hill, there are also a lot of stairs.

The front desk staff is very welcoming at check in and helpful with any needs you may have. Yes, its an old building and the staff, especially the front desk, tries to give alternative solutions to issues that may arise during your stay. Parking is kind of a pain but its reasonably priced for the rooms you get.

Great service and really friendly and professional staff. I would have given five stars but the rooms don't have ac. An open window and a fan will have to do for those hot summer PNW days.Rooms: 4/5

The only main drawback here is ViaSat! Went for Joe weekend and had a good time. Good coffee in the lobby. Suite was nice.Rooms: 4/5

This is the place to stay if you’re looking just for a warm bed, shower and not much else at a decent price. No A/c only a fan. Located within walking distance to the Navy Exchange, gym and Commissary. The first day we had no WiFi and the cell signal was poor. House keeping only comes to the room every two days, but there are washers and dryers on the same floor with a small business center. Medium size fridge, coffee pot, tv in room, with a small microwave. Lot of traffic noise in the early morning and people slamming the doors.

Building is okay and hard to find. The staff alone would be a 5 outta 5. Specifically Trevor at the front counter, he is an outstanding and kind associate who took the time to talk and show my wife and I all the attractions/things to do. The building and base be letting this crew down. Keep up the good work and smiles!

Room service is not consistent. The location is the best for anyone on TAD with business at the Puget Sound Naval Shipyard. If you have business at the Bangor locations, consider the lodging options there first, not here. The American Cafe is 100 feet away and very convenient. The NEX, Commissary, package store, and gym are all close enough to walk to.

The matrices was in need of replacing and the smoke alarm kept randomly going off. But all that aside, they have the nicest and most eager to help group of people working here.Rooms: 4/5
