Story

Back Home Bistro is a new, family owned business that is dedicated to serving delicious, hearty and homemade cuisine. Special emphasis will be placed on exceptional service, healthy choices, fresh flavours, as well as locally sourced and grown foods. In addition, there will be menu options available for individuals with dietary restrictions.

Back Home Bistro is open 6:30AM-3:00PM daily with the exception of Tuesdays on which we are closed.

Surprisingly quaint, well balanced menu and super tasty food. The French onion soup is delicious and the chocolate milk shake was perfect on a nice summer's day. If you're driving by, skip the boring franchises and try something memorable. Fast service and cheerful people. I'm definitely coming back.

Probably about the best choice for a sit down meal between Sudbury and the Sault. The service and space was good, and the menu is an excellent combination of typical small town fare and surprisingly modern contemporary fare.

I drive to Massy from Elliot Lake whenever I need some comfort food and a break. Expect $10 - $15 CAD price per person with tranquil atmosphere and attentive staff. Ask the staff for the specials because there is always something extraordinary available. New desert creations are made every day! I love the varieties of french toast (cinnamon bun, banana bread, home-made bread). Even basic eggs are dressed up and cooked as you like them.

Came for a hearty breakfady. I had a delicious and filling oatmeal full of raisins, cranberries and chopped apples. Hubby had a breakfast burrito....mmmmm. Excellent djner...quite elegant. Only open for breakfast and lunch.
