They were nice, but please read before bringing your dog. I’ve been going here a while, but recently they switched owners and I saw the way they cut my dogs hair, he’s a difficult dog to cut because he hates haircuts, but she was pulling on his chin until he was wailing and it was depressing to see, since then I bright him back once more and he started shaking upon walking in the door. He never used to do this. Consider please if your dog is a difficult one to cut already, this will make it so much worse. Can’t go back, feel bad for my dog also :
Excellent service! I was really afraid to try any new grooming service but after I met one westie who had been cut there, I decided to give a try. I am very thankful to the groomer who takes care of her furry clients. The dog was not stressed at all, and happy after the grooming. Most importantly, now my dog now looks like an actual westie. Highly recommend. I'll be happy if my review is helpful to someone.
We came for the grooming of our little pomeranian dog. We were welcome by the manager, the all smiley Florence. She made us feel comfortable and reassured us that our little dog was in good hand. The appointment went very well and the prices are very good. We gave her certain indication of how we wanted our dog to be trimmed. Our pomerian look just like we wanted him to be and even better! I highly recommend Baboushka Toilettage!
Cut the nails too short which results in bleeding I believe. They didn't mention it and figure it out by my self later once at home!
Junior looked beautiful. Very well taken care of. Didn't seem to be scared for his first experience. Great team. Only thing I would note would be to keep the front of the store a little cleaner. Otherwise a 5 star experience.
My pup looked brand new. Great, caring service.
Good job. My cat got a shave and his claws trimmed. The person that took care of it was knowledgeable and gentle.
