Horrible experience!!! Brought my dog for a trim and he came out shaved to the skin with a cat cut!!! The explanation I got : he had too many knots however my dog is 7 years old I have groomed him many times and have yet to see a knot anywhere in his fur! Seems like it was easier for them to shave him then to actually do their work and groom him as agreed! I cried for an hour when I saw him, stay away!!!
This place does not know how to groom dog. I brought my dogs there and specifically indicated what I wanted in term of cut. Both the them came back shaved uniformly almost to the skin. I am definitely not going back. Also, they only take cash or check, which they told me after my dogs have been groomed. Avoid this place.
Very nice and friendly staff. It was my first visit ever for my puppy, and despite being concerned how he would behave while being in strangers' hands, I was pleased to find out that experienced staff makes a whole lot of a difference! I am certainly coming back for his next grooming session! Merci les filles.
Excellent service. Doggytown is the place to go to if you want your animal to be treated like royalty. My lovely Bella is so happy to go there every time, and the best part is that she always comes back smelling like roses.
We brought our two dogs here to be trimmed. They could not follow simple instructions and the result was both dogs practically shaved to the skin with bald patches everywhere. Would not recommend.
Confidently we take our two dogs there. Happy to know about them. Great service, friendly staffs. Highly Recommended. Also they took a good care of my dogs for 20 days when We was out of the country.
Always a great service with a smile! I have my dogs nails trimmed here and usually he shakes and is scared, but he's always comfortable and at ease at doggytown:

I really don't think they had any idea as to what they were doing. My dog was immediately rushed into a cage as soon as he got there so that he could wait his turn and then they took a little over 5 hours to finally finish with him. Haircut was horrible and he also walked out with bald patches.
Excellent service!! My dog has never looked so good! I called last minute and the owner did everything he could to take my dog. Thank you!
