Awesome Nails no 2

Extremely unorganized Cleanliness and sanitary conditions need to be in place Saw a ***used*** band aid where was having my nails done. Language barrier is also an issue showed them a photo and trying to explain a nail shape and she still couldn’t get it right . Staff look miserable and it greatly shows in their work etiquette and the environment. I’m surprised these places have not been shut down. I go outside of Richmond to have my nails done because this is a re occurring issue with the nails Salons here .

It’s so bad experience. I did gel manicure and pedicure at this store. The girl doesn’t know how to do. She did really bad job. I can do Bette Ethan her at home. The gel with bubble inside, and not even color. I never gonna come to this store anymore. One of my nail is not dry inside as well.Services: Manicure

Went today. Lady rinsed her instruments from previous client and brought it without sanitizing to work on my hands. It was I've peace of skin on it. Do not recommend and will never go back

Had THE WORST pedicure of my entire life. The nail tech I was assigned was focused on talking with his colleagues and did not focus on making sure what he was doing was correct. The colour applied was extremely thicccck and unevenly painted. For my left foot he painted my first toe extremely pigmented and then you can see it go to a lighter and lighter shade like an ombré. I also have a natural square nail shape and purposely let my nails grow out longer so there’s more room to shape my nails correctly. The nail technician over cut my nails and somehow managed to make my nail shape a hybrid of circle and square that were cut unevenly. When I mentioned these things he tried to say it was my because my first toe on my right foot was broken. Even so, I still don’t understand how the rest of my toes nails aren’t even straight or cut evenly. I have been to this location before and had pleasant experiences so I’m extremely disappointed with how odd my pedicure turned out.

I went in for a new acrylic set and some young guy started to take off old set I had on and he cut my nail really bad it was bleeding a lot. He was willing to still do my nails I couldn’t continue with him when I questioned his training ? They didn’t charge me any money and they felt bad obviously. But I doubt all of them have actually been trained in a proper school for nail tech.Service: Manicure

I was pretty disappointed with my experience. I made an appointment but it didn't seem to matter. Very busy with my tech switching to other customers a few times while doing mine. Tools and seats were quite dirty. Nails were not done well and had to request twice to fix obvious things. It was a rather uncomfortable and awkward experience. The good thing was that the tech was nice and friendly.
