Very slow and not particularly forthcoming, and unfriendly.

Says it takes 10 business days before he can look at your television he dropped off and up to 2-3 months to repair on an RCA warranty.

Beware!! Bad customer service. Total ripoff-exorbitant labour cost.Change something else and never repaired the TV.TV in same condition.

Terrible customer service. Please avoid the stress. They want 40 dollars upfront for a simple diagnostic, and they take 10 days for that. They don't have an approximate costs of their servixes and when I asked I almost got yelled at.

Lots of things like a variety of things couldn't unglue myself from in their easily.

Good service good technician

Diamond is probably the best in the city for repairing tube amps. He has repaired many tube amps including many exotic otl's , push pull or single ended. He is also familiar with highend turntables , tube phono stages and various speakers. Service is fast and repair is reliable.

Worse customer service ever! They dont call back, and will charge up front a deposit for a diagnostic. I was stuck calling them 3 times, when told they would call me back... Which never happened. If you dont do buisness with them, you automaticaly lose your deposit of 40$. Very bad service for a buisness
