Koodo Mobile

I came to this location about an hour before they closed. Imene was very helpful and I ultimately made the decision to switch to Koodo and purchase a new phone. The only negative experience is that one of the other employees kept interrupting Imene and myself mid-sentence to show her things on his phone? This happened multiple times. It was very odd that someone would interrupt a sale like that, especially when the store is trying to close and there's still customers waiting.

Very happy with the service and professionalism of Xavier when I got to the store! Told him that I was there to pick up a reservation of the new Samsung Z Flip 4 that I got with a corporate plan! He gave me all the details and went over everything with me and answered all my questions. I am very happy to have came here today to pick up the phone. Amazing service and knowledge with the phones! Also highly recommend the warranty specially that this is not an iPhone! Worth every penny! Thanks again for all the help and patients!

To be honest when I left the store I was super happy with the service, but then I received my phone bill it was the opposite of what the employee Alexandre told me. The phone carrier I was with was closing down and said would transfer me to Koodo with certain offers, so I went into the store. They couldn’t find the offers quoted but he tried his best to give me a deal and said they would apply even though it looked different on document. I was suspicious but went ahead since I could cancel the plan in 2 weeks for free and sure enough when I got my bill it was exactly as on document and none of the “deals” he applied had went through. I’ve travelled a lot and have had a lot of experiences with purchasing sim cards from different phone companies but this is the first time I feel like I was lied to and scammed and will be cancelling my plan.

Met with representative Giovanni who had to be the most straightforward and honest person I’ve had the pleasure of doing business with! He was very kind, patient and helpful and I’d highly reccommend everybody to look for him to help you. 10/10 customer service, and a really great guy.

No matter how nice and friendly the clerc was, we could not have the clerk in shop do anything. They keep saying you have to go online or over the phone. Then they tell you you need to wait 10 days to open à New account. We went next door to the compétition and got everything we needed in 30 minutes. Very disappointed.

Service was fast and efficient. Someone from head office hairAnd to be in the store and aided in the situation in order to get me the best possible deal. Both guys were super helpful and I'm extremely satisfied with Koodo.

Hard to get call back . virtual app is garbage

I’m not Canadian and besides from my passport I was told this evening that I had to give my SIN to get a sim card and get a contract with them, which I didn’t want to of course. I went to Fido next door and got a contract with them with my passport and work visa : much more recommended for newcomers…
