The Team at Auto-Plex were flawless, from start to finish. They went out of their way to ensure that I was a satisfied customer, I had experienced an minor issue with the vehicle after purchase, which required a software update to the infotainment system, They could have easily directed me to a place to get the update done, instead, arranged everything, including providing me with a vehicle for the day. This kind of service is rare, I would highly recommend this dealership.
The receptionist, Aurelio and Sylvain are really pleasant to deal with. No pressure on the extra frills during the sale, seamless communication and guided me through any concerns post-sale. Very courteous. They offered to cover for any issues I encounter in the following week of driving the car, which I'd have to use their recommended nearby garage. Only problem is that the garage works on a first-come-first-served basis and I didn't want to waste time waiting around to get my minor fix. Overall great experience, nice people and car was in great shape.
A very pleasant experience from the start. My Honda Fit is great. Professional and always available staff. I would highly recommend. Aurelio was the best and very reassuring despite my many phone calls. The car was ready when I needed it, just as promised. Thank you.

They are really professional in terms of leasing and financing cars. They were very patient during my purchase. Explained a whole lot stuff that i had no idea. Have bunch of collections of used certified cars and they are all in good condition. They even helped me with the insurance too. It was way cheaper for honda civic 2016 compared to other banks. Would definitely recommend to others before purchasing a car to visit them.
Great service from the desk greeting you to the salesman taking care of everything. I dealt with Marc-Antoine for the purchase of a new vehicle, he was very helpful, took the time for whatever needs, and did his best to deliver the car asap. I recommend!
Great great service from Aurelio and Sylvain. They were there every step of the way of the car buying experience and have even went out of their way coming on days they don’t even work and being available whenever the client is available. Answers calls every time, answers all questions with great explanations and made a car buying experience that much easier. Not pushy with anything. Very open about fees and procedures about their products. The only fee that can be charged is a 195 fee for preparing the car, fixing any repairs and full detail, in and out of the car, worth the 195. Their prices are very very reasonable compared to the competition. I have spent days to find the best deal on my Kia Soul that I bought, and they had the best offer and best bang-for-your-buck on the car you want. Perhaps they don’t have every car that you want, but they have cars for all needs and consumers. The team can be trusted and try to help the consumer get what they need, wether it be the financing or certain requests that you ask of them. I highly recommend you pass by to give them a shot, they might have something you need! 5/5 star everyday!

Thanks to Jade for helping me with my purchase, she was very nice honest and helpful. It took alot of the stress away from making a decision on buying a large ticket item. I never felt pressured into anything and left completely happy with my new to me car.
