I was looking for a specific vehicle and I found it at AutoCross and it was not overpriced like other dealerships or private sales….Mel and his team made sure that my requests were met as this truck was a special service vehicle and was modified for police work…..Mel made sure I got the tires I wanted and that body work was done at no extra cost to me…he even had it personally delivered to my home clean inside and out so I didn’t have to make an extra trip I live 78km away….I know what I was buying I did my research and I own an older Service Chevy Tahoe that has proven reliable for the age and lumber I haul for my business….financing and personal interactions with this dealership was friendly and Effortless and I would recommend Auto Cross these are used vehicles know what your buying do your research and get an extended warranty it’s worth it for unforeseen problems used cars may have…. I have to give credit where credit is due. Mel is a very stand up guy! He is very honest and trustworthy. I will recommend anyone to purchase a car from Auto Cross. I wish there was negative star reviews. We bought a Mazda 3 from here. We were promised new brakes and fully certified. We live 3 hours away and by the time we got it home and parked in our driveway. We noticed the emergency brake didn’t work. This is a manual transmission so emergency brake is very important. So they lied when they illegally certified this car. So we started to dig a little further. The new brakes they put on the car for us were applied backwards. Both outer pads were on one wheel and inside brake pads on another wheel. The emergency brakes were completely seized and needed new lines and the rockers they said they bought brand new had the holes welded and a coat of rubber spray added on top. I will be seeking legal advice and would advise to look elsewhere. These people are crooks!!!

Bought a 2010 ram 1500. They seemed alright at first. Vehicle was not ready on the agreed pickup date. Finally picked it up got on the highway and it was uncontrollable, I pulled over Called and he said there was nothing he could or would do. Drove it home doing 40km/h and it took 4 hours. Tried talking to him again he constantly over talked me and wouldn't listen and started arguing with myself and my wife. I bought the truck certified and road ready come to find out the place he uses is under investigation by mto for bad work. I will never buy from them again. It has so far cost me 400$ to fix issues so far and I still have issues to fix and now i need a new battery as well and there is an exhaust manifold leak. It should have never of left the lot. Don't do business with these guys they need to be shut down. Rear control arms were wore out on the truck when I replaced them on Saturday this was one of them that caused the truck to be uncontrolled.

Worst place to buy a car as i went they forced me to deposit $500 and then sold the car after which i asked for my deposit and and they didn’t paid me as of today its been 3 weeks and the owner is such dumb. Guys if you buy a car from this place trust me you will regret to fire your money

Liers. that's all I can say about them. They will do whatever it takes to sale one of their junky cars....they even will to tell you that there is a different kind of engine installed than really is.....

Overpriced go to kijiji instead. Fake human beings that will cut your limbs off to get one of their overpriced cars sold and if you dont take they will cut you to shreds to show. Mel is playing dumb he gets his employees to play good cop bad cop and he is the good guy. Hes not dont go near this place they are deceiving you every way they know how. Kijiji is good

Great service until cash is handed over. Got my vehicle 1 week after it was agreed. Didn't come with winter tires as discussed prior to sale. Heated seats which was the USP for this car that they even posted on the window in the car lot does not work. Tried to charge me an extra 100$ when I finally got the car for plate registration even though the sale price was agreed to 'include everything'. Highly recommend getting any agreements in writing, and triple checking everything on the car upon receipt.

Stay FAR away from this place. Very shady and dishonest people. I bought a car certified and when it was delivered there were multiple issues: 1 they drove my car with my plates instead of having it towed. 2 the parking brake was cut in half. 3 the backing plate was grinding against the front rotor. 3 they installed all-season tires instead of the winter tires we agreed on. 4 brake lights and license plate lights were burnt out. Toyota dealer told me it would be $2000 to fix everything that should have been done to pass the safety. If you do go here which I would strongly advise against, make sure you get everything they say in writing. They will lie to you and gaslight you when you try to make a complaint. Shameful way to operate a business.

This is a scam . They are lies. Stay away from these dealer . Did not respect anything that we agreed on and once the money is in their pockets become rude and insulting.
