Brigitte Ziebell studied with and was certified by Romana Kryzanowska (NYC Pilates Studio, NYC Pilates Guild) and has been teaching for more than 20 years. Romana trained and was certified with the creator of pilates, Joseph Pilates, wherein she learned the exercises and philosophies of the true pilates method.
