Aurora Car Wash

Great carwash in the York Region.nSpacious area with many stations for washing cars, vast area for drying the car and vaccuming.nnThe only problem I have with this carwash is it does not allow to bring your own shampoo, and even they don't allow to handwash your car with your own shampoo if you bring in.nnI use Ph-Neutral shampoo for my car, and if I want to use non-neutral shampoos that would damage my car's paint. So everytime I need to rinse with powerwash first, then pull out and manually apply my own shampoo and then again standing in line for final rinsing.nnThat would be great if Management allowing customers to bring in their own shampoo and use it.

The owner and his goons wanted to get physical over some wood chips from the bed of my truck. I explained it would be the last time I would be coming here. The guy then proceeded to get in my face. Good luck with your business. No way to operate a car wash. It’s too bad.

Generally it is a good car wash as it has a good price and oped 24 hours a day but the owner or manager sits in his room watching security cameras and if a customer stays longer than a minute out of car wash time, he jumps out of his room and starts yelling that you have to put an extra coin to stay longer. This happened with me second time today and I saw several times he was doing so with other customers. I mean it is not the way to talk to customers. I am really disappointed today and dedicated to report it.

The owner scared the heck out of me. He came around the corner and grabbed the brush out of my hand. I didn’t even know who he was. I just know that I was a woman alone in a car bay, and this man came out of nowhere yelling.nAfter I realized he was an employee I asked him what the problem was. He said I was using the brush incorrectly and that I should use my own snow brush to get the snow off the top of my car. It was very confusing and shocking. He should not be approaching single women in that way.nIf he had an issue with what I was doing or how I was operating something coming at me and yelling at me and grabbing what could possibly be used as a weapon out of my hand it’s not appropriate .nAs he was yelling, a car in the next bay pulled in, and he continued yelling like I was a child.nI will echo what other people have said you get approximately 2 1/2 minutes to be very very quick spraying your car down. This is a minimal car wash place otherwise you’ll end up spending a lot of money here because things do not work as soon as you put money in, there is a delay.nI will also echo that it is very very clean. That is one of the pros. It’s probably clean because the owner is there around the clock so that is one thing he has going for him. That is one positive thing about him sticking around and watching every single person And what they are doing.nHowever, his aggressive manner is offputting to say the least

Customer service clearly isn’t a priority here. The employee there was extremely rude and lacked basic courtesy . If you can’t even treat paying customers with basic respect, you have no business being in customer service. Poor communication with broken equipments and rude attitude towards customers makes this place worth zero stars .
