Aurora Car Wash

If you only need to hose your car down, this is an inexpensive place to do so. However, the low rating is due to the lack of warm water, terrible brushes and also poor customer service. In fact, I was surprised at how rude the owner was. I pulled halfway into a bay as there were large, dirty chunks of snow. Since I have a small car it shouldn't have been an issue as there was still several feet of room before the asphalt. As soon as I put my money in the owner started arguing with me that I had to pull my car in further. I said fine, but could he please clear away the large chunks of snow? He frowned, shook his head and said"I cannot! I cannot!" He rolled his eyes at me as I asked for my money back. The worst part was as soon as I left he started clearing away the dirty snow chunks, so why did he lie about clearing it away?

Worst car wash. Owner is rude. Came to me and said that my time is over and I have to leave the box, while I was wiping and putting my mats back. Also water is cold, because of that no hot wax. The shampoo and other care products stay to come 30 seconds after and after all this he reduced wash time per coin. Last time I was here, I will wash my cars somewhere else.

Change machine gives you tokens and not coins and can't be used anywhere else. Not a great place to wash your car.

Conveniently located and well equipped. The only downside is the absence of a proper change dispencer. If you got a $20 bill, you may not want to change it all into tokens.

Excellent place to wash your car, I almost wash my car once a week there......Highly recommended.
