I have been dealing with them for a while now as I purchased a vehicle with them. They have always treated me with respect and very courteous especially from the Business Manager , Adriana. I bought my 2013 Chevy Equinox from Aurora Auto Wholesalers two weeks ago. My wife and I met Aaron initially and he showed us the car, and I took it for a test drive (on my own!) later that same afternoon. I then worked with Adriana on the financing part of the deal that same afternoon. I test drove the car on a Monday Jan 30, and had the car in my possession the afternoon of Thursday Feb 2. They took care of the couple of cosmetic concerns that I had with the car with no issue. It was a pleasure working with the team at Aurora Auto Wholesalers. As for the car, so far so good! I love it! I brought my car to get detailed. I was hoping that my car would be cleaned very thoroughly. I was not happy after receiving my car as i had thought the place would close at 5 so i came at 4:30 to come get my car. I then realized that the place was closed well before the closing time. So i then would call the owner to ask him to come open the door so i would be able to grab my car. I then waited for one of the employees to open the door for me. I then asked the employee for wait time the close at and he said "5:00", i furthermore asked for wait time they left at and he said "we all left at 5" I was very dissappointed after my whole experience and i would never reccommend this place.

My husband and I recently went on a vehicle hunt and visited several dealerships. Over the course of 2 days we test drove several vehicles and in the end chose a car off the Aurora Auto Wholesalers lot. I came across the vehicle online and called to check if it was still available as we came to realize not all cars posted online are actually still on the lot. I spoke to Alan who was extremely helpful and told us we could come and see it and that he would get it ready for us. Alan greeted us as if we were old friends when we arrived. He is very laid back and didn't make us feel pressured in the slightest. By the time we arrived he had the vehicle clean on the outside and ready for us to take for a test drive. Now I should mention that of all of the dealerships we visited this was the only one where we were able to take the vehicle out for a test drive on our own. This in itself pretty much sealed the deal for us as prior to this we were made to feel like common criminals at the other dealerships.We were not able to really get a feel for the vehicles or really check them over while being supervised by the salesman. Thank you Alan for trusting us! We test drove the vehicle and it is was in great shape and was exactly as advertised. Although we didn't buy it during the first visit as we had other scheduled appointments to view other vehicles we did come back to this one. I had several conversations with Alan by txt, phone and email over the course of the next day before we finalized the details of our purchase. Alan answered all of our questions and met all of our requirements without hesitation. He made himself available right up until late in the evening and then early the next morning. We enjoyed working with him and he made the purchase seamless and fast. We have had our Pilot for approx. 3 weeks and are enjoying it immensely. He has made driving around hockey players a walk in the park. Thanks Alan for all of your help from start to finish. We have spread the word to our friends and family to come and see you the next time they are in the market for a used vehicle.

We tried to buy a total of 3 different cars from them. Each time they told us it was already sold after allowing us to test drive it and spend hours filling out forms. The last time they had even taken our deposit but when we came back on the following day to finalize and get information for insurance, they, again, told us that they had sold it the night before. They are liars and cheats and cannot be trusted. I guess the plus in the story would be that the vehicle would likely have been about the same. A coin toss. Much, much time spent and wasted to be going in circles and lied to again and again.
