Love being able to order some treats from back home!! Unfortunately most of my tennis biscuits and lemon creams were smashed because the cans of condensed milk were poorly packed in box. No stuffing/protection.nnReached out a couple times for replacements, no response from the business.nSpent almost $300. Unfortunately will think twice before ordering again.
Easy purchasing. The product are affordable. I am so happy to get food from home. Although I had difficulty with tracking my package, it was on on place for 4 days…the delivery period can be improved
The products were nice and they packaged the products with care having their customer in mind, my fruit chutney bottle came safely covered in bubble plastic.
TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! NO RESPONSE from Aubergine Foods. WORST packaging ever, destroyed all the chips, dented all canned goods, melted and broken chocolates. SHOCKING!! Don't spend one penny here!! No customer service whatsoever!
I love being able to buy those special food and snack items from home I miss and crave so much!!nThe order, service and delivery was faultless and everything arrived in perfect condition, nothing expired.nThe only reason I did not give all 5 stars was every time I’ve gone onto the site, the most popular things are always sold out and never in stock, I think some paid membership is required to have access to the most popular items, which is unfortunate.nIf they could stock the hug in a mug cinnamon cappuccino I would die a happy lady
