Auberge Le jardin d'Antoine

Great location - easy to walk to many neighborhoods, museums and attractions, with tons of great restaurants and bars nearby. Small, no-frills room, but overall very clean, quiet, and comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfast spread each morning, including fresh croissants, cheeses, yogurt, cereal, and fruit. The staff were lovely and very accommodating - they made everything easy for us, from parking directions, to storing our bags before we could check in, to keeping some items in the kitchen fridge and freezer for us. The only downside was that our room was on the patio and there was almost always someone sitting right outside our room smoking.

Really awesome location and friendly staff! The room was a bit cramped, but for the price I did not mind it one bit! Breakfast was delicious (though their coffee was not a strong point) with croissants, cheeses, meats, yogurt, etc. My only real complaint is how stuffy the building can be. Otherwise, this is definitely a place I would recommend!

We had a winter visit. The staff people we met were all very friendly and accommodating. The location of the Hotel was perfect for exploring the different areas of the city. The room was clean and quiet. The only things preventing this review from being a 5 was that we found the mattress to be too firm for our liking and I would have enjoyed a few more heartier options at the continental breakfast. Our stay was great and I would recommend this Hotel to anyone traveling to Montreal!

I debated between 3 and 4 stars--I was quite satisfied, but my standards are not all that high. The room was very small and I had minor noise issues, but it was clean, comfortable and well-appointed. The breakfast was very nice. The best thing was the incredible helpfulness of the front desk staff. They were phenomenal.
