Hands down, the best restaurant in Kamloops. My steak was perfectly cooked, and every side and appetizer was full of flavour, very fresh, and carefully prepared. Our waitress Jessica was amazing! She truly created an experience for us, and was very knowledgeable about the menu, the wines, and even the methods used in the kitchen! The next time we return, I really truly hope we can enjoy Jessica's friendly service. She took a great meal and made it a special event to remember!

Terrible service! We live out of town and made reservations in advance so we could plan our day trip to kamloops. Called one hour before our reserved time to confirm our reservation, so our kids could get changed into their nicer clothes. Get to the restaurant and they tell us we have to sit at the counter with our young kids. The chairs are a couple feet tall, not possible with a four year old and eight year old child and we also didn't want to have a family dinner sitting at a counter. We asked why we couldn't sit at a table and the hostess VERY rudely said that we had to take what was available and that was the risk of doing on line reservations. If that was the case why didn't they tell us that when we called to confirm our reservation?
We weren't given the option of waiting for the next available table just offered a 10% coupon for our next visit and ushered out the door. My family was devastated. The kids were looking forward to the piano player that they've enjoyed in the past.
I called the next day and left a message for someone to call me to discuss our experience......never got a call back.

Great food, not a lot for vegans. The atmosphere is also excellent. Had a love pianist for dinner

LOVE this place. The food is phenomenal, the staff is knowledgeable and very helpful, and the room is stunning. For such an upscale restaurant, the drinks are super competitively priced. 
Favorite spot in the city.
