Atlas BBQ

Atlas is arguably my favorite BBQ joint in Wisconsin. The service is always friendly and they have an excellent beer selection. I've personally never had a bad meal here. The "Atlas fries" are incredible and I have a small obsession with their pecan pie. The BBQ is great and I've found that Atlas is one of the few local restaurants where you can get ribs that have a crispy, smoky crust rather than soggy, sauce-laden outside! Overall, I highly recommend Atlas!

We had Atlas BBQ cater our wedding this past summer! This was by far, our guests favorite part of our wedding! We had a pretty large number of guests, about 175, and we were really set on having BBQ served family style. This was their first wedding of that size serving family style, and they knocked it out of the park! The staff was dressed well, and the food was brought out hot and fresh. Everything they served was fantastic, and all the sauces they have to go along with the meats were delicious. Like I said, this was the one thing our guests could not stop raving about! We had some high demands, and Atlas met all of those and more! Thank you for your great service.

Server was very polite, attentive, knowledgeable. Enjoyed a local brew from just miles down the road from the fermentorium. Ordered the Hercules platter that included a variety of BBQ. You don't necessarily need the sauce in the ribs but good variety of regional tastes to try out with the pulled pork and chicken. Kids even got ice cream with their meals at the end. Priced great! Also the Reuben is delicious.

We had the pork BBQ nachos and a burger and everything was really tasty! Looking forward to eating here again. Staff was friendly and service was fast. Pulled pork was delish!

This was an amazing place to eat! We loved all of the food. I would love to go back to this place and get their amazing food. I give this place all 5 stars and highly recommended!
