Atlas Animal Hospital & Emergency Vancouver

Good prices. Customer service was okay... lacked communication and were sort of slow. The place was packed and not a lot of guidance. I think they should take appointments to be more covid friendly and maybe more efficient. Their actual service for treatment is quick though, quicker then it takes to pay.

I took my dog there as walk-in patient. It was the only veterinarian in close to downtown that was allowing the pet's owner getting inside. Dr. Victoria was super attentive and emphatic with my dog and us.

The staff at the hospital provided exceptional treatment for my dog. He was diagnosed quickly and treated just as fast. The doctor was amazing despite me having a 112 pound superhound who wished not to be treated.
