Pet Parlour

Something is deeply wrong with this place and the owners Victor and Patricia. I implore people to not support this business. When I first brought my puppy here, I bought a 20 day pass. After three visits I was told my puppy was aggressive and would not be welcomed back if he was neutered. At the time he was 5 months old. I asked my vet to neuter but they highly recommended against it. According to new studies, it is important for male dogs to remain intact until after 1 year as they need testosterone for bone growth and other reasons. I waited until my dog was old enough to get neutered and I brought him back. I was told that the 20 day pass has expired and they refused to honour the pass. This has resulted in me losing upwards of $500 to this business. They said they do not feel guilty from scamming me out of this money because it is a "common industry practice." I asked Rex dog and hotel spa and they said that their multi-day passes are refundable and do not expire. This place is a SCAM. I also noticed that on the days I brought my dog to this business he would come home and drink bowls of water. I recently saw other reviews of this place and other dog owners have said the exact same thing! I truly wish I read the reviews of this business before I brought my puppy here. Please please please do not bring your pets here and do not support this business.

Great job grooming our poodle who is calm and happy both at drop off and pick up not the case where we used to go. Staff are friendly and accommodating of our requests. We'll keep coming back and recommend this place over other groomers in the area!

Pet parlour is where I take my two pooches for regular nail trims. We're always welcomed with a smile. There's a great choice of doggy toys and treats, you will also find rain coats and sweaters, leashes and harnesses, and that's where I purchase the soothing hemp oils for my nervous doggy. Conveniently located near the Choices grocery store on Cambie, I highly recommend you and your pooches pay a visit to The Pet Parlour! :
