Amazing when compared to a regular commercial gym, falls short as a bodybuilding gym.nnThere is an inefficient use of space, disorganization of where machines to workout specific body groups are, and lacking in having substitutes/extras of certain machines.nnThe only gym I can compare it to in the Montreal / Laval area is Monster Gym and I feel like they have a better range of equipment.nnThe quality of machines here is impeccable.nnBathrooms are not cleannnParking is very accessible and accommodating, I wouldn’t be unhappy if this was the only gym I could go to but it it certainly has room for improvementnnCould easily become a 5/5 to my standards, and keep in mind the gym is a subjective experience depending on your personal goals and experiences so give them a shot, they have a very accommodating trial.nnStaff is helpfulnWould give a 3.5 if I could but I feel like there are too many gripes of mine to give a 4 star.
Just signed up today. The front desk girl named Genevieve was beyond helpful in answering all of my questions, great customer service! This gym has all the equipment one could ever dream of. I worked out during peak hours and never had to ask someone how many sets they had left since there are more than enough equipment for everybody. Definitely worth the price.
Great Gym for the mentally challenged. The Handicap parking is always full.nAlso full of fun people leaving equipment reserved and nowhere to be found.
I got a membership because they seemed like they had a private section for women but oh the disappointment- the cleaning crew is consistent of men and they is ALWAYS one in the women section cleaning while you’re trying to train AND their male trainers train their clients in that section … what is the point of saying you have a women section when it is not? What a disappointment.
The best gym I have been in a while! Great space and multiple choices of equipment! Staff is welcoming and friendly. I visited Laval only for one week, but more that enough to enjoy the great experience this gym has to offer
