There are currently huge potholes scattered around it, they have been there for 3 months and no fix.n-cleaning equipment after usage and re-racking weights is not encouraged / enforced enoughn-Boxing room has one type of boxing bag only, missing varietyn-They just increased the prices in the shake bar by up to 50% went from about 7.5$ to up to 12$ now
Great Gym for the mentally challenged. The Handicap parking is always full.nAlso full of fun people leaving equipment reserved and nowhere to be found.
It's a gym and could be the best if they tried.nnParking lot seems like it would be pretty small if you go at a busy time. 1/4 of the parking lot is unfinished.nnCompared to other gyms it's alot more welcoming first being that there's no towels. When asked I basically got a face cloth. If you want to shower bring your own towel. Furthermore, I only saw one cleaning station while in the gym possibly hidden elsewhere.nnAtlantis gym, you go there for the top of the gym equipment ans specialty equipment. Although enough machines I tried seemed abit worn and abused. Would be nice to have peices replaced more often.nnNever visited changing room as a towel wasn't provided so can't speak on that.nnOverall, it was quite the experience using machines that target specific muscles then other equipment. First time visit unfortunately not in the area or I'd love to train here.nnRealistically barely pushing a 4/5 star.
They have a whole area for powerlifting/weightlifting but no 15kg bars. Not enough safety pins. The area needs maintenance. Sad, I was really excited to try this gym. Will not be coming back.
The best gym I have been in a while! Great space and multiple choices of equipment! Staff is welcoming and friendly. I visited Laval only for one week, but more that enough to enjoy the great experience this gym has to offer
