Great Gym for the mentally challenged. The Handicap parking is always full.nAlso full of fun people leaving equipment reserved and nowhere to be found.
Have never seen a gym this nice and diverse in equipment. I’m a young lifter and don’t know a lot about for example body building but this gym has the nicest people. I’ve asked on guy for tips once and he had no problem helping. The staff is amazing. The sauna is great and I especially liked the shakes they make at the gym instead of going to for example shop santé.
The best gym I have been in a while! Great space and multiple choices of equipment! Staff is welcoming and friendly. I visited Laval only for one week, but more that enough to enjoy the great experience this gym has to offer
I stopped by today as I'm in Montréal for one more day before heading back to U.S. I was greeted by a very kind woman at the front desk who explained that I can sign up for their free trial pass since I will be headed back to the U.S. anyway. She kindly walked me through the sign-up process and gave me a quick tour of the gym. I got in a great workout. This place has hundreds of machines/weight stations and I did not see a single one 'Out of Order.' All equipment was fairly-new, clean, and operational. I went around 3-4pm and did not have to wait for a single machine. There was also a nice little smoothie bar at the front desk for your post-workout. This place was truly impressive. If I lived in this area, this would be my gym for sure. Regretfully, I did not get the lady's name from the front desk who helped me, but thanks to her and a well-maintained gym, it was a great experience
