Worked with the owner directly, and have interacted with a *ton* of his customers. I was always pleasantly surprised - I never heard a single complaint, and the service was top notch. Every interaction I had whether with Chris or a client was quite fantastic, which to be blunt is not always the case in customer service so.. kudos! Highly recommend.

Upon Contacting Chris and Jacqueline about installing a security system at Loch Lomond Home Hardware they responded right away. They came in promptly and provided a quote. Once signed on he and his crew began work within a very short period of time. He was very accommodating when changes were made during the process. I would recommend them to anyone looking to have a security system set up. They offer a wide range of systems that could accommodate any lifestyle or business needs.
