I trained with Andrew in preparation for the World Masters Track and field Championships in Finland. I ended up World Champion in the 800m and Bronze medalist in the 1500m in the M60 category. His own personal experience and knowledge of his craft will get you results no matter what you are training for.
Andrew is both a personal and club coach for years. He understands training, flexibility, mindset, goals and making it fun. As a high-level athlete himself for years, he knows very well the ups and downs we endure on the way towards our goals. His programs are easy to understand and follow and are modified as needed per each client needs or circumstances. Highly Recommended.
I've had Andrew as a coach for most of the last ten years. He is fun to work with and brings a wealth of experience as both athlete and coach. He recognizes the strengths and weaknesses of his athletes and works with them to maximize results in each discipline. Recommended!
I've been training with Andrew since 2015, when a colleague recommended him to me. Time is my most limited resource & I needed someone to show me how to use what little I have to gain the maximum benefit. Andrew has done that, and way more. He flexes his schedule to work with mine. He focuses on where & how I can improve. He knows when and where to push my abilities and when to stay inside them. He tailors what we do not only to cycling but to my racquet sports. He now trains most of my family. If you're wondering about whether a personal trainer is really worth it, he is. Just call him already.
Andrew has been my coach for several years. He has helped me meet my athletic goals. Over the past few years I have achieved many personal bests on the triathlon circuit thanks to Andrews excellent coaching style.
Andrew has helped me become a better cyclist, runner and swimmer. He is patient with a great sense of humour while also pushing for better efforts and better results.He has drop in workouts available every week in all 3 sports for any level of fitness. I highly recommend him!

Andrew has been my personal coach for 3 years - he's got me through 7 Ironman competitions including on podium finish at Ironman Tulsa in 2022! His program is matched to my ability I was a terrible swimmer and fits with my busy work commitments. From group open water swimming, HITT running and cycling workouts to functional strength training and yoga, my fitness and technique have greatly improved. The best thing is that Andrew is a competitive athlete himself so knows exactly what is needed to win! I highly recommend you give him a call!
Having trained with Andrew for many years as a triathlete and more recently for strength and conditioning I can't recommend him highly enough. Training is hard but fun and inclusive and Andrew is super patient and extremely knowledgeable.
