Service has improved greatly since getting competition from Über. Associated now answers their phones promptly. Waiting time for pick up isn’t long. Drivers are friendly and helpful. Recently I forgot an item in one of their cars. I reported it to their Lost and Found and a few days later the item turned up in my mailbox. Very impressed.

Have been waiting at the airport now for an hour for a taxi for my family of five. The keep sending up wheelchair vans with seating for four. Sucks after an overnight flight with kids. And we are not the only ones. And we called and checked beforehand and were assured there would be no problems.

I've always had great service from Associated. The dispatchers are friendly and professional. The drivers are polite, knowledgeable and the vehicles are always clean and fresh smelling. Both dried versions today helped me with my packages and always wait until I'm in the front door of my house before driving off.

Worst customer service.... the lady on phone does not know how to deal with people. I have ordered this cab a total 4 times. The first time I booked it everything was good. Second time the driver was late but that was okay because I wasn’t in a hurry I had plenty of time. The third time I downloaded their app and booked the cab online one night before my trip. The next day I couldn’t make it so I cancelled the trip one hour before the trip time but surprisingly the driver still showed up even after the trip being cancelled. The app does not update I guess. The fourth time which was today, I had booked a trip for 8.25 am March 3 Saturday and I had booked the trip on March 2 online. So I called at 8.00 am just to ensure the cab would be here. The weather is super bad and I’m aware of it so that’s y I thought I would just confirm... I was even okay with the driver being late like 20 mins that’s y I had booked it for an early time (8.25am). I was even okay if the trip was cancelled. But this lady on phone, she was super rude. She sounded as if she was already in a bad mood. I was okay with the trip being cancelled but I’m not good with the way she spoke to me on phone. I wish I could give them no stars at all or even Negative rating.... Who’s over is reading this please ensure the clients are getting a good customer service atleast if not the cab arriving on time.

If I could post in the minus I would. My mother, who is a senior with Alzheimers and in a wheelchair was waiting for at least 2.5 hours for her taxi. Her care giver had called at 4:00 to order the taxi and then she called Associated Cab at 5pm and they said yes they will get a taxi for her. Then she notified me at 6pm that they were still stranded at the mall and that my mother had missed her dinner at her care home. I called the co. asking for a supervisor. They said they would have to call me back. In the meantime, I asked the agent where is the taxi? She said she does not have access to dispatch. I asked them to have the supervisor call me. I have yet to hear from the supervisor. It has been at least 1.25 hrs since I requested to speak to the supervisor. I called Checker cabs and the agent was able to easily contact her dispatch and she said it would be a 45 min wait. I told her my mother had been already waiting for 2.5 hrs because of Associated. She rechecked for me and found a taxi in the area and luckily they came within 15min. I called 311 and reported the egregious service to them and there is a Livery Transport body that oversees the taxis. They should not be in business. I can see why Uber is taking over.
