Our Strata Council is diligently assisted by Alex M. He is professional, responsive and shares his vast knowledge when called upon to do so. Everything is well run and he acts quickly to assist the Strata as needed. He knows when to listen and also when to speak up. Really impressed by the level of service from Alex M and Associa.

To date, my experience with Associa has been positive. I appreciate the fact that they have a lower number of properties managed per manager than the industry average. This lowers the risk of burnout that I understand is common in the strata property industry. I also really like the TownSQ app—it’s a very effective platform for communicating with owners and council. Property management is not an easy profession, and requires a lot of experience and skill to be capable of the job. Chynia S is very efficient at addressing issues, knowledgeable, and also confident. Highly recommended.

Troy has been a tremendous Building Manager for our new council of nearly two years. Troy's experience and knowledge is grounded in new buildings and is highly reflective of the work he's done for our building to date. Our council cannot appreciate Troy enough for his continued time and efforts put forward in keeping our community safe, clean, within budget, and connected. Thank you, Troy! Notable strengths: Strong reinforcement of bylaws pertaining to AirBNB and Short Term renters, communicates in a timely manner, best interests for council, and logical recommendations.

Our strata evaluated several property management companies before choosing Associa based on their reputation, experience, capabilities, and their ability to support a larger complex like ours. We were especially impressed by the TownSQ app that empowers us to communicate efficiently with the owners. The app is well designed, easy to use, and owners seem to be making good use of it. Our property manager, Chynia, has exceeded expectations. She is quick to respond, has excellent communication skills, and has been professional and capable in assisting us through various challenges. Overall I've been extremely satisfied with Associa BC.

Associa has managed our strata for years and is excellent. Our strata manger, Darko, is very knowledgeable, responsive and efficient. Our council meetings have never been so well organized and time efficient. He is a pleasure to work with.

Our strata manager Ken with Associa is a pleasure to work with and he will address strata concerns in a timely fashion. Ken is proactive in bringing maintenance items that may need upcoming services to councils' attention to ensure that services are not missed for building maintenance. With Ken's proactiveness in scheduling maintenance helps avoid unnecessary strata costs due to maintenance neglect. Thank you Ken.

As the VP of our Strata Corporation, I have been working closely with Simone Greaves for over a year now and she's been fantastic. Simone is very knowledgeable and she's always on top of our strata issues. She is often dealing with complex issues, with many balls in the air, and she's never let us down. It's been a pleasure to work with her and I truly appreciate how she always goes the extra mile for our Strata.

Our strata has been with Associa for quite a few years. We have had an excellent experience. Response to inquiries/concerns are quick and polite. All meetings are well organized. Associa has been also easy to negotiate with. And if our strata manager is representative of the group, they all may be wonderful.

Our building runs like a well oiled machine thanks to the outstanding management by Darko Lovric. The service he provides is outstanding and always professional. I would highly recommend this company but specifically Darko to Any building looking for next level service.
