One West Properties

Worst company ever. Don’t trust these people with your property. They don’t do inspections. The renters damaged my property and one west did nothing to help me. They left my door open. They didn’t notice the damage on move out inspection because they didn’t do an inspection. Stay away from this company.

I dealt with Michael Metcalfe through OneWest, and he couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating throughout the whole leasing process. He worked around my busy schedule and was always reachable and helpful when I had any issues or questions. Loving my new place!

I've been with One West for over 6 years and have found their service to be great. I would definitely recommend this company to anybody who is looking to rent their property or who is looking to rent.

Terrible experience. Did not respond to calls, emails or voicemails and did not show up to our organized and agreed apartment viewing. Do not use them.
