Excellent customer service. They always go above and beyond. Very happy with my Focus and still loving the new wheels. Highly recommended.

Friendly staff, knowledgeable.  I live out of town and so I waited while my oil was changed and tires were switched over.  It took about 2 hours and I didn't realize it would take that long.  It would have been nice to have been told how long it would take and to be kept up to date as to what was happening.

Fantastic buying experience.
 Personable staff who I drank coffee,  watched "The Mighty Ducks", and poked fun of Zac with while waiting on the banks.
Listened to my needs as a buyer and made suggestions tailored to them.
No pressure even as I took my sweet time deciding on the truck I wanted, about a month to be honest.
Each time I went truck shopping, admittedly on a Saturday and Sunday, Aspen Ford was the only place I could find someone wanting to sell me a truck. Other places only had one sales guy and he was busy, or I wandered a lot and no one came out to say hi.
If you need a vehicle, give these guys a chance to earn your business. I love my new truck and I'm sure you'll love yours too.

I am always happy with the end result however I was not informed until after that my prepaid maintenance had expired with the amount of Km's I had put on the car.. This is fine as it's the rule but having the heads up would have been nice. I was expecting a  free oil change and instead was given a bill for $ 50.00
