Leaving this review makes me very sad. Bought a lemon vehicle from them non stop in the shop 3 years. Traded in for more expensive version to get out of other vehicle and 2nd vehicle turned out worse. Only owned 10 months and has spent several weeks in shop since purchased including immediately after driving off lot. Now trapped in a vehicle with twice amount of debt twice the monthly payments and needs non stop repairs. They started out offering to have someone pick up and drop off a rental which was a saving grace. Unfortunately one day it was brought up to me they aren't going to do that anymore for us. Service manager even suggested we start going to local dealership for repairs. Made me feel like I was an inconvenience and felt like he was shaming me for needing that help. Hubby works away and I have a lot of health issues so it's really hard for me to drive back and forth to Stettler this often for repairs. They had said they would give me $3,000 against new vehicle purchase when transferring 40k in negative equity to help cover a couple months of payments we made while in shop. However they won't give us the 3k if we stay in vehicle as we can't afford to do something as irresponsible as that. That 3k would have been an amazing gesture for us and helped us so much. But they won't do that unless I put myself in even worse financial situation. Now still stuck with this 2nd disaster and told me only thing they can do is get me in another vehicle by transferring $40,000 negative equity from this problem vehicle. Feel abandoned, shamed, taken advantage of. Never thought I'd be treated like this by this dealership. I've tried talking to our salesman but he ignores most of our emails and Manager has not reached out to us after I told him what I was told by service manager. Only thing that helped was them helping me with Stettler to Red Deer commute because repairs so often.
It was a one stop shop!!! They were extremely professional and friendly. We drove up all the way from Calgary and the vehicle we bought got spruced up for us. We were very impressed with Darla. Couldn’t have asked for a better salesperson. Definitely worth the trip no matter where you live!!!!!
Stettler Dodge is awesome, Service and finance departments are right on.. So easy no hassles...nnGary Moe in lacombe couldn't care .. Will never go back to them. They didn't even care if I purchased an extended warranty..
I recently purchased a 2022 Hyundai Santa Cruz from Stettler Dodge, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. After finding the vehicle online, I reached out to the dealership and spoke with Adrice, who was incredibly kind, pleasant, and helpful. She connected me with Andrea, who provided all the details about the vehicle. I decided to make the trip from Airdrie to Stettler, and I’m so glad I did.nnUpon arrival, my daughter and I were warmly greeted and were even offered burgers from a barbeque they were hosting.. my daughter loved it! I had the chance to check out the vehicle and take it for a test drive, which was fantastic. During the visit, I met Jordan and Lars, who made the transaction quick and easy. I was pleasantly surprised by the amazing deal they offered me.nnThe people at Stettler Dodge made me feel comfortable and confident throughout the process. The small-town feel and genuine hospitality truly stood out. Garry and Al delivered my vehicle from Stettler to Airdrie, and they were nothing but kind, and professional.nnA few days after the sale, both Lars and Andrea followed up to ensure everything was going well and that I was enjoying my new vehicle. Nowadays, it’s rare to find such top-notch, respectable service these days. I highly recommend Stettler Dodge to anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle!nThanks everyone!
