Aspen Dental did an amazing job whitening my teeth for me! I was able to get in for a exam check up, and the next day I had the procedure done! I would highly recommend them even if you’re not a regular patient, they will take you :) I’m speaking for the location in Winona, MN. Have a good day, everyone!

It was not a good experience.  We will see whether your company lives up to it's promising of "Satisfaction guaranteed or your money back.  I had two deep cavities filled and had problems with them.  When I went back in the dentist basically washed her hands of me and send me to a surgeon. Then I went to another dentist in town and he fixed the problem and I'm on my way to recovery after a week of horrible pain.  The Aspen dentist told me to come back it I had any problems - just when I did - she seemed nervous, they handed me my X-rays and sent me out the door.  I am going to try to get a refund but we will see.  I thought this was an honest place that told me the cost up front.  They actually choose the most expensive price they can and then stop the appointment to get your money before they do anything. My husband went for the "free" appt and ended up having to put nearly $500 down before getting sent out the door to come back for that appointment. Paying BEFORE service? Never hear of that. After my bad experience they said they wouldn't give his money back after he asked.  He finally got them to issue a credit. I will follow up on the post to see how they did in the area of "Money back guarantee".  I spent $700 for have the problem fixed and when I had trouble they sent me away.  I would NOT recommend this place.

Best dentist and dental hygienist I've ever had. New to the area and was worried about which place to choose, but I definitely picked the right one here! Dr.Yang did a amazing job on my fillings. Timely and professional. The DH Bassler also did a great job on my cleaning! Great job Aspen dental!!

I’ve been going to Aspen Dental for a few years and my last visit was extremely disappointing. The hygienist spent more time trying to sell me different procedures than she did cleaning my teeth. After picking at my teeth randomly, unlike other hygienist that work side to side, top to bottom, she proceed to polish my teeth the same way polishing maybe 50% of my teeth. She didn’t floss my teeth as all other hygienist have done in the past and the doctor did not check my teeth. The exam and cleaning I’d have to say was not very thorough. I have always been satisfied with my visits to Aspen Dental and hope this visit was because the hygienist was obviously young and inexperienced and not because Aspen Dental is becoming to big and only care about their boots line. I will give them another chance but if I have the same experience as my last I will find somewhere else to have my teeth cleaned and examined because this was not a professional exam and cleaning.

Dr. Yang and her entire staff were phenomenal. Five stars across the board. From the precise dental work to the graciousness demonstrated throughout, I couldn't recommend  them more highly.
