If you can go somewhere else, I would highly suggest that. They seemed to have nice staff, however, their practices are less than professional. I went in to schedule an extraction and they entered my insurance information and I paid based on my insurance estimate. The day of the extraction, they claimed they didn't have the information in the computer and told me they didn't have the time to have me input the information since I was already scheduled with the oral surgeon. They asked me to sign a paper to have my husband finish the process. They put me under and while I was under they told my husband that I needed to pay the cost of the entire procedure even though I have insurance. They didn't explain anything to my husband and charged him 300% more than what I originally paid. Now they don't want to reimburse and they have affected my credit. What they did is wrong on many levels and its a disservice.

Initially my review of this place was positive, but they are not fully transparent with billing. Even if they say "You're fine," you can likely expect a bill in the mail. I was accepted for more financing than required, and just paid a bill that I only learned about in the mail in full. Considering many people lead busy lives, and dentistry can be prohibitively expensive there really is no reason for them to handle billing like this. Even worse, this office does not accept care credit online. Therefore, if in a worst case scenario you cannot afford treatment you should probably just goto Cherry Street.

My mother and I had a terrible experience. The staff seemed nice and all, and atmosphere was good until she got her dentures. We’ve been back 5 times now and each time they’ve failed to fix the problem with her dentures. Not only have they not been fitting well after our times coming back, hoping that they would fix the problem, but we’ve had to pay well over $2000 for each fixture that was failed to be fixed. Save your money and find someplace else. I am completely livid with Aspen Dental and I wouldn’t wish anyone else to go through a similar unnecessary frustration.

Worst dentist experience so far. Thanks for wasting my time, money and losing a patient. I made an appointment, got there extremely early and still waited almost 40 minutes in the waiting room. I just left. There were no other patients and I saw the doctor multiple times. People have lives ya know, maybe be on time if you want people to be on time too.

My visit was first thing in the morning and the office temperature was freezing cold. All of the nurses were stating how cold it was in there and I had to wear my down winter jacket as well as gloves through my cleaning because the room was so chilly. Also, I asked about the varnish service that Aspen does after their teeth cleanings and expressed that I did not want to participate in that service. The women cleaning my teeth argued with me and was rude about trying to force the varnish service on me. Finally, after arguing she agreed to "allow" me to choose otherwise. Terrible experience.
