Super nice didn’t have to wait long. Very thorough and best of all HONEST! Originaly I went for a second opinion and even though they don’t accept Medicaid insurance they said my first visit was free! They did an exam and x-rays . I was pleased to hear I only have 2 cavities and the bone in my teeth are very healthy otherwise! I highly recommend and even though they don’t accept my insurance they do accept my husbands who I will be making an appointment for him soon.

I would like to say Thank You for getting me in on such a short notice. Your staff was awesome, they explained everything and answered my questions. I I had to have my tooth extracted and I felt no pain what so ever. Thank you again and I will be back.....

Aspen Dental in Niles, Ohio are Rip-offs!!! They tried to add unnecessary dental work to increase my bill. They told me that I had more cavities than I really have and I needed a lot of dental work done and quoted me a price of $6200. I got a second opinion from a well respected Dentist in Cortland, OH who stated that I had less cavities than Aspen Dental said I had and I didn't need all of the dental work that Aspen Dental claimed I needed. The dentist in Cortland, OH gave me a price quote of $2800. We're talking thousands of dollars difference. I would never recommended Aspen Dental in Niles, Ohio to anyone!

My daughter was a little nervous to go to the dentist. She changed her mind after her visit in the Niles office. The Doctor was very nice and the assistant Jen made her feel at ease. Definitely Apsen Dental Niles is the best!!

My smile has always been very important to me. My favorite saying is, "A Smile Is A Girls Most Important Accessory". When my dentures cracked at the front teeth (basically in half) I couldn't wear them and won't work without them. The dentist I went to originally was on vacation as was his entire office...I thought I was stuck! I contacted Aspen Dental and they got me in right away!! From the time I walked in the door I felt comfortable! The receptionist was welcoming and thorough with the paper work, the Dental assistants were friendly and sociable. The Dr. was gentle and caring and the tech who fixed my broken denture did a phenomjnal job!! I not only got the repair done but a new set of dentures are on their way as the current ones don't fit properly . I needed to finance them and the billing department was extremely helpful in getting everything worked out with patience and understanding! I thank all of you for making my first but not last experience with you such a positive one! I will be referring my friends and family!!
