Refresh Dental

Poor , extremely unprofessional front desk staff. I booked an appointment online one week prior. I have the confirmation text message showing as much and the young woman could not “ find “ my son’s appointment. I advocate for my kids , and was not happy I asked for my son to be seen as a walk in and was told “nOur dentist does not do walk ins . Well your sign walking in to your office says otherwise. I brought that to her attention and she did not like that. She also did not like my level of frustration when my appointment couldn’t be found. Any mother worth a grain of salt would be upset at this point. I assertively asked for my son to be rescheduled and she refused and kicked us out. The front desk gal repeatedly tried to close her little glass window and I would not have it. I was not aggressive toward her , I just wanted a dang appointment for my son. This place needs to get their act together. Dont advertise online booking or same day walk ins if you don’t recognize or offer the service. I’m not done w this complaint. You don’t treat people and or paying customers as they did. Awful practice. Don’t even bother.

I would definitely recommend going here. Even though there was a little mix up with my appointment today she still got me in, got there at 2 and was gone by 3! Got my X-rays, cleaning, and exam and was very satisfied as I have very bad dental anxiety. The staff was very nice and made me feel very comfortable! I will continue going to them and recommend anyone looking for a great Dentist! Thank you! 10/10 experience!!

Staff very efficient and friendly. Dentist was extremely detailed in the plan for my teeth. Made me fell very comfortable doing all of this in a timely manner. These photos are from before . I will post more when my teeth are finished.

The staff was very kind and helpful. They made me feel really comfortable which is a big deal to me. The Dentist is very gentle and caring. Thank you guys so much for everything you do to help bring back our confidence one smile at a time!

Been here 3 times and it's the best place I've gone to my entire life. I've got very bad anxiety and they are on top of it every time. Very nice and sweet staff! Can't wait for my next appointment
