Refresh Dental

I'm in kind of a unique place because I have cancer and am getting chemo. As a result my teeth are suffering. I was very happy with my visit today. I feel relieved knowing there's a plan to help get my mouth back to where it should be. Very friendly office

Whatever change of staff happened has been a great improvement from how it's been. It reminds me of the service I received when I first started going here 3 yrs ago. I had made up my mind to find a new place but due to the change in staff I will probably stay here now! Very polite, TIMELY and professional.

Have been going here for a few months now and had 2 root canals done. I got a crown on one and am now left with a filling in the back of the other because they didn't okay it with my insurance before starting the work. I can't afford a crown on my own and think they should have to pay for it because they started it without checking if it would be covered. They put a temporary filling on the back of my one which has fallen out. I had an appt and they keep calling me to rescedual. This has happened 3 times now! And the tooth they filled now gets food stuck up in it every time I eat cause they shaved off too much of my tooth. They are all about getting money and trying to do work on you that you do not need!!!! DO NOT GO HERE!

I really like the dentists and the staff at Refresh Dental Austintown. They do an excellent job cleaning my teeth and they also made a crown for a front tooth. The crown looks very realistic and I'm very happy with it. My daughter also got her wisdom teeth extracted by Refresh Dental and they did an excellent job. I definitely recommend going to refresh Dental.

Always end up spending longer than expected amount of time... 1st visit was several hours - they did a lot of x-rays & tried to get me to commit to a “plan” - there was pressure to sign documents. Dental hygienist service was good - just got my teeth cleaned by a young lady I liked very much.
