Aspen Dental

After having 4 teeth extracted my work isn't nearly complete but the follow-up for bone fragments was wonderful. Very good dentist very good assistants and they are transgender friendly! I would highly recommend Aspen Dental to anyone needing any degree of dental work.

What I didn't like is that I was schedule for 1pm but was not helped til 1:15 not cool I was even there extra early. But of course they were at lunch and she was not back yet, I believe she was late every one else made it in time for their patients except mine. An apology would have been nice. That's all. Other than the receptionists ladies are always nice. Overall clean and neat fir what I can tell.

I had a great experience here. The staff is friendly and efficient and we're great to work with. If you have stress about going to the dentist this is the place for you they will make you feel as comfortable as possible.

Would give less than one star if I could. My boyfriend had a toothache, went in and all they did was look at it, no antibiotics, no pain medication (he had to ask for it before leaving and for antibiotics a day later). The tooth was black and blue..might I add, my boyfriend said which side the tooth was on and the doctor proceeded to look at the wrong side.. He went to the waiting room after and they continued to talk about the wrong side of his mouth and had to go back AGAIN to have the correct tooth looked at.. He ended up getting it extracted and they couldn't get him numb.. they left him to wait for an hour, (saw someone leave then come back with Starbucks, not a big deal but if you have a patient you care for them first!!) He was there for almost two hours... ended up hardly having any type of numbing agent and was pulled and out within 30 mins of me calling and checking in on why it was taking so long.. neither of us are impressed and we will not be back.

Amazing staff, remembers you and is super friendly. They go above and beyond any dentist office I've ever been to. Great financing options that let me afford the things I need done.
