Arbor Dental: Marandas Steven G DDS

The worst care I've ever received. They botched up a tooth extraction, after 4 days found that had been broken off in the extraction process. They went back into remove the roots on the 4th day. From start to finish, I was never treated with any concern for my care. The Dr.'s never once had a real conversation with me about the process. After a full week of unrelenting pain I went to another dentist and paid cash and walked out almost pain free. I am still in shock at how the kind of care I received at Arbor Dental can even happen. From the front desk gal being overwhelmed by too many duties to the dentists who don't talk to you to the financial gal who has to go over your treatment plan with you... so many things wrong with this office. DO NOT GO HERE!

My experience was perfect. Dr. Marandas has the straight forwarded personality that I can relate with. Welcoming staff and clean office. And best of all they have the latest technology!!! What would've taken 2 or 3 visits with many shots took one visit for a permanent crown. That's worth every penny.

Going to the Dentist is not my favorite thing to do based on past unpleasant experiences but I must say that these guys are the best! The needles were a scary part for me and I never feel a thing. At my old dentist getting a crown was such a hassle because it required getting a temporary and then coming back on another day to get the permanent crown. At Arbor Dental they have the technology to make the crown in their office so you can get it done in one appointment. I love that! The staff is awesome, everyone form the receptionist to Dr Marandas is polite, professional and compassionate.

I've been a patient for years with Dr. Marandas I have always had the best care. The staff is outstanding it feels like your part of a family. They always make you feel comfortable and relaxed. Thank for taking care of our family for all these years.

I had my initial appointment with Arbor Dental. They took my x-rays and assessed my needs. We scheduled my next three appointments and off I went. Then they called to reschedule my next appointment because "dentist wasn't in." When I showed up, the receptionist told me my appointment was cancelled because the dentist "wasn't in" again (only 3 weeks later) and they called the wrong number to leave the message. (Irritating, but okay.) Then she tells me that she doesn't know if I'll get to see the dentist at all because they don't know what's happening with my insurance. Instead of calling to ask me if I would be willing to pay for my visit in the event that insurance dropped the ball, they just told me the dentist wasn't in. Well, now I've purchased a different insurance plan; I'm taking my money to another dentist. And when I called to cancel my other appointments with Arbor, she said, "Perfect!" instead of wanting to know why I was cancelling. See ya never!
