Can't give a negative number. They gave our rooms away. Replacement rooms beyond disgusting. Have stayed before and was not bad. This time was.

Noisy trains all the time. Poor RV parking because we got struck in sand and had to disconnect our car. No electric at first site. Moved to second site. No running water at either sites. At least there was a restaurant on site and enjoyed dinner.

No frills but a really good value if you just need a place to sleep. Owner was very nice and humorous.
