The people from the office are rude and always answer with sarcasm and with an attitude. The location is amazing, but they need better customer service. The maintenance guy always comes late to fix a problem for one, and when you go to the front office and tell them what the problem is, they barely want to come and see and call the maintenance guy.... Sadly, this is what you're drinking, showering, and cooking with!!! Don't get sick!!!!
Never stayed here but visited some friends in the RV's. We were hollared at and cat called by some goons standing by the front office door, they were very rude to us. Aside from that, motel is in a nice place with a beautiful view.Service: 2/5
Truly enjoyed our stay there this past weekend for the county fair. Room was clean, very spacious and very impressed with the remodeling. The only issue we had was when we thought we had lost our room key. And we called the office number and no one EVER answered. The voice mail box was not even setup. Hotel management needs to be available at all times to answer calls, even in the evenings. Other than that, our stay was great.
It was our salvation after our ac went out on a 100 degree day. Rooms have fridge, stove, micro, small dinette. Great price and friendly front desk. Also a nice view of the lake.
IT WAS AN AWESOME PLACE AND VERY FRIENDLY. THEY HAVE CASH AND CARD OPTIONS. NICE ROOMS AND VERY CLEAN. EXCELLENT AND FRIENDLY SERVICE. DO RECOMMEND VISITING. CLOSE TO THE LAKE AND CLEAN PLACE.

The office people are rude. Best western is much better.
Rooms need some work. We had 3 people and had to get a roll away. The roll away was terrible, they didn't give me enough blankets or towels for 3.
The place needs repair. The rooms were clean but the shower had termite damage.
