Arc’s Value Village

Clean and organized for the most part. Selection is hit or miss. Way over priced on a lot of items, found many items at or above retail pricing. Collectable items are priced so high it's humorous at times.

Very unnerving experience today. I had a coupon that I paid for (you get an e-coupon which I presented, 1 time use) and an addition hard copy. I showed the lady (older, darker hair, anxious) the e-coupon and after the transaction was complete she started asking questions about the expiration date, and I showed her the hard copy that was dated expiring later this year. She grabbed the hard copy and the e-copy and said "we're not a charity", and passively "thank you, bye". Never had an experience like this at a thrift store, or really anywhere. Hope the right people see this, or maybe this lady was just a temp worker. Makes me feel uncomfortable going here.

I love thrift shopping at ARC! Great store for finding kid's clothes and toys! My best find was 20 brand new teddy bears ( Beanie Baby size) that I used for a fund raiser for a friend who succumbed to cancer. 💚 ARC Value Village Thrift Store has the best prices and friendly staff. I appreciate being able to return items, unlike some thrift store policies.

It was big, pretty clean, decently organized, prices were on the high side of fair. the day I went was 50% off yellow tags day there was still a pretty good amount of yellow tags left and I was there early afternoon. if you're hoping to find a great price on something to resell it I probably wouldn't stop here since their prices were on the higher side. the large selection that was nice.

Super busy! They kept the line moving along nicely though. And I found great stuff for myself and the kids.
