Story

Since we opened our first restaurant in Boardman, OH, in 1964, we’ve been serving quality meats on handcrafted sandwiches. We call this transformation from a cut of meat to a delicious sandwich “Meatcraft™”, and our dedication to Meatcraft™ informs every decision we make. From the sandwiches we serve to our curly fries, shakes and sides, everything we do is in service to the meats. It’s why we get to work every morning at 8 a.m. even though we don't open until 11. Good food takes time to prepare, and we’re happy to put in the time to make your meal great.

They did away with jr roast beef, now the regular roast beef is same thing, same amount of meat, and same bun but triple the cost. Staff was professional and polite, food was made really fast. Establishment was clean. I guess my big beef is the ridiculous price of fast food. Could have sat down and ate real food for same price at a restaurant.

No problems this time through the drive-thru. We got the 2 for $5.00 Beef n Cheddar special. Good sandwich, good value for your money.

Let's just start out with the girl at the drive through didn't have the g2 a brick possesses. She failed to get the order correct. I ordered the half pound number 5 which is a roast beef sandwich, and I got the smallest version of the sandwich. To make matters worse, I asked for Arby's sauce at the window, and she couldn't even get that part of it right. I don't know about you but eating a dry sandwich isn't the coolest thing in the world. My wife wanted a medium sized drink and fries, but they were out of medium drink sizes. I'm not sure exactly how that works. To me the roast beef wasn't all about warm either, I don't know if that was just me being ticked off at this point of the game, or what. My wife ended up eating only half of her meal as nothing ended up being right, add the whole experienced was ruined. Now I thought of actually contacting them and complaining, but I've had experience with that particular Arby's before where I complained and they said that they would give me some free food of some sort, and then when I went there they said they were not going to honor that. I'm not sure what is up with that either, but I sure as hell wasn't going to go in there and waste my time with them any further either. Truthfully, I really don't want any free product anyway comma I just want the order right the first time. If I could write this experience at less than zero I would absolutely do that!

For fast food, Arby's is one of my favorites! The service is great, to food is actually great too!

Best fries in town. I've got a soft spot for their curly fries, though. Food is always hot and fresh.
