Story

Since we opened our first restaurant in Boardman, OH, in 1964, we’ve been serving quality meats on handcrafted sandwiches. We call this transformation from a cut of meat to a delicious sandwich “Meatcraft™”, and our dedication to Meatcraft™ informs every decision we make. From the sandwiches we serve to our curly fries, shakes and sides, everything we do is in service to the meats. It’s why we get to work every morning at 8 a.m. even though we don't open until 11. Good food takes time to prepare, and we’re happy to put in the time to make your meal great.

There was no line when I came in. The register person acted like the place was packed and needed to get through people as fast as possible. My Big Beef and Chedder had about half the meat as the Traverse City location. The soda machine area was messy and needed stocked. There were messy tables and random trash on the floor. Again place was NOT busy. Curly fries were cold and about half an order.
After half an hour never recieved my food while orders that where placed well after myself recieved theirs. Asked for a refund was told the manager would have to do that. The manager was not told I was waiting. So donated $15 dollars for an order to be forgotten.nnArbys your response link doesn't work. The vast majority of your your northern michigan locations that I have visited are lack luster at best with sub par service. Now I will admit good employees are hard to come by anymore. And I understand equipment breaks but forgetting atleast 2 separate orders and then not bothering to even attempt to get the managers attention for a refund... nah no excuse. Do better Arbys don't let the other chains you use to be the good one
Disappointed to find my drink was 90% ice after my 45 min drive home this is what my cup looks like. I won't be paying $15 for a meal with 4oz of drink.nI was giving this location another shot-this time my food was hot but the fries weren't quite fresh
Food was good, when I ordered my sandwich and asked for extra mayo I was told that I would have to put my own mayo on my sandwich because they were out in the kitchen which is fine no big deal but when we pulled up to pay at the window the girl was very rude and slammed the window in our face as we were asking her a question, so she zip the window back open and said let me guess now you want ketchup! We said no we were asking you a question and before we could finish saying that she slammed the window shut again and walked away!!
Great food, service was a lil slow but not terrible. We ate inside. Had the 1/2 lb roast beef sandwich, jalapeño poppers, boneless wings, and a turkey wrap, all very good. 22 degrees outside, so it was nice to sit by the fireplace.
