Story

Since we opened our first restaurant in Boardman, OH, in 1964, we’ve been serving quality meats on handcrafted sandwiches. We call this transformation from a cut of meat to a delicious sandwich “Meatcraft™”, and our dedication to Meatcraft™ informs every decision we make. From the sandwiches we serve to our curly fries, shakes and sides, everything we do is in service to the meats. It’s why we get to work every morning at 8 a.m. even though we don't open until 11. Good food takes time to prepare, and we’re happy to put in the time to make your meal great.

The young lady at the counter talking our order on August 5th, 2024 was THE best counter person who's ever taken our order, anywhere! Gosh, I wish I could remember her name, but to the managers, look up who worked that late morning and give her a huge raise. You should be very proud to have such an exemplary team member. Owners, she represents your store and she does it so very, very well. I'm proud for her, sweetest most professional team member we've ever encountered. We thank her so much for the wonderful experience.
I can confirm, upon careful research and review, that they do, indeed, have the meats. Staff at this *particular* Arby's are among some of the friendliest I've seen.nnIf I'm being honest, I've never been big on fast food, but if I *have* to grab something quick, Arby's is one of my top 3 choices, largely because they publish their full ingredients list and make it easy to find. I have a food sensitivity to garlic, so I try to avoid it, and you'd be surprised how difficult it is to get a *full* list of ingredients from most places.
It's a fast food restaurant in a gas station, so if you can accept that, everything else is good. I love the Arby's roast beef sandwiches, the Arby's sauce and the Horsey sauce.nThe employees were very helpful as I inquired about kids' meals.
The chicken salad sandwiches were great. If you want roast beef sandwiches, they are good. I might not go out of my way, but if you are around an Arby's, it's ok. The new loaded fries are decadent. So bad, they are good.
This whole loves is an excellent excellent Superior location - and this Arby's is no different! Super Fresh and extraordinarily fast! Thank you so much for your excellent customer service
