This place is horrible. We waited in line for a long time for a not so complicated order. We noticed that the receipt didn't have no ice in the pops so we mentioned it to them and they gave us our food and asked us to pull up so they can fix it. So we moved up and waited again for our drinks. Then when we got our drinks they gave us a cold coffee when we asked for hot and then when we checked our drinks the were wrong and also had ice. I do have to say that I know it's only McDonald's but the teenager with all the hickeys on her neck is really classy her manager should put her in the back away from customers or make her put makeup on to cover it up. SMH!!!

Customer service is at a low. Drive-thru experience has always been crappy. Even went so far as to park and go inside to complain about the horrible service I received. I hate going to this restaurant that's near my house. I opt to go a few miles away then here. The other two McDonald's in the area are a little more professional.

The worst service I have ever seen. Longest line. No one knows what they are doing. 25 min in the drive through so they could still mess up the order.
