Arbutus Home Inspections has been a part of the Home and Renovations industry in Vancouver for 25+ years.

Mission

As a Professional Home Inspector I take this responsibility seriously, and am committed to providing an honest, knowledgeable, and accurate evaluation of the condition of a home in a manner that is effective and easy to understand.

I recognize the trust that our customers place in our abilities and this trust is highly valued. I will spend time with you, clearly explaining my findings, giving you real answers that can help you make the right decision. I provide detailed information at the time of the booking about what exactly is involved in a home inspection, as well as a contract that outlines our terms of service and cancellation policy.

It is required that all clients read and agree to the terms and contract prior to the inspection, to ensure the client is aware of what we do and there are no unrealistic expectations about the home inspection.

I adhere to the Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics of the Canadian Association of Home and Property Inspectors, (BC). The Standards of Practice are a set of guidelines for home inspectors to follow in the performance of their inspections.
