View from the training office
This board needs to rethink requiring their realtors to disclose former grow ops that were remediated 10+ years ago. Times have changed and they need to change with them.
Always friendly and helpful.
Lovely front staff. Gave my little dear toddler a cute stuffed teddy bear to take home. Great level of service to the public and the realtors. Friendly staff and very attentive with the personal level of sincerity. Efficient and professional.
Many professional staffs. Kim Spencer, the Ethics Guy, is one of the most respected real estate professionals. It conducts various professional development courses and the newer version of Multiple Listing Service Paragon is also very handy. The office also got awesome ocean view!!
Good courses offered. Parking lot is small. Far away near downtown. People work there are friendly. However, there are not many restaurants nearby, usually need to walk 10 to 20 minutes.
Beautiful views when training in the Thompson room....
everything is awesome ...but man the person in charge of statistics /reports is super hard to reach.....not the first time
