Received my first batch of teas, I purchased the sampler. I'm having my first cup and it is amazing! I also go thr loose leaf tea strainer and it worked amazing. Highly recommend, excellent quality and service! Can't wait to visit in person.

Nice hand-written notes with your order. Fantastic, speedy, and forgiving customer service. Big thank you to L for helping me with my recent blunder in sending my tea to my old home address. Highly, highly recommend! I ordered their sample size as favors for both my bridal shower and my wedding. They customized the labels for our wedding, which was amazing, the little bags came out perfect. And guests *raved* about the teas, several people asked me for the website. I love that they are loose leaf, fair trade, and organic teas too. Finally, I'll note that the customer service team is top notch. We spoke with two different people and they were both extremely pleasant, patiently answered all of my questions, and got our order shipped even faster than expected so we had time to tie bows onto the bags before putting them out for our wedding.

Best tea shop ever, have been buying from Arbor Teas exclusively for years now! The sample sizes are perfect for people that want to try lots of different tea without the commitment of buying larger bags. You really can't beat the prices for being fair trade and having compostable packaging. Their website is easy to use and very informative about the different notes each tea has. Everyone in Michigan should be so proud to have this business located right here in our own backyard. Keep up the great work!
A generous selection of the finest organic Chinese, Indian, and African teas in compostable packaging sent USPS Priority with a smiley face. What more could we want?
Ordered quite a bit of chamomile and decaf earl grey and was very happy with my order. Not only that I LOVED that the entirety of the packaging was backyard compostable. I wish more places would do that. Will definitely be ordering more from them when the time comes.
