I went in on Tuesday for first time as I'm from out of town. I keep fresh water and was curious as to what they might have. I was disappointed in there selection of freshwater but hey they are best known for saltwater. I am happy with the fish I got and am blown away by the health and durability of the fish. they survived the 6 hour trip with no losses. 5 days later and the fish are happy and beautiful. I believe it's because they don't overstock and crowed their tanks. I can't wait to go back and perhaps start up a small salt water tank.

Will, I understand store policies, warranties and guaranteed. We have spent over about $10,000 in the store. Bought a fish on a busy Sunday, didn't get a chance to see if the fish was eating. Took fish home. A few days later contacted AI as the fish was not eating. Fish does on day 8. Contacted store and was only offered a 25% discount on a future purchase. No refund, replacement offered. I would understand was i a new walk in client. But we have spent a butt tonne of money there and still no customer appreciation. I have found another store to buy my reef fish.

This is a MUST for any hobbists fresh or saltwater. Knowledgeable friendly staff and the best products to keep your critters happy and healthy. If they don't have what you want, they will get it in for you. Highly recommended!

Very knowledgeable staff. They are always willing to offer valuable advice. So much more personable than big chain stores. Amazing selection!

Although small it happens to be my favourite aquarium store in the city. The staff are always very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. There are competitive prices and unique merchandise. The livestock is always well kept and healthy, I've never purchased a sick fish :)
